Founded by Noah Itovitch
After earning a law degree and a Master’s in Finance from McGill University, Noah began his career at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, advising on private and public mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
He later joined Abstract Operations Company (backed by Craft Ventures, 8VC, Naval Ravikant) in Strategy & Operations, contributing to a pivotal shift that achieved product-market fit and profitability. Noah also co-founded Breachlink, a cybersecurity procurement platform that supported over $10 million in GMV within a year.
Beyond his legal practice, Noah advises high-growth startups on Go-to-Market, bizops, and product development, focusing on intersections with legal and regulatory challenges.
